California artist Baegod is known for being a pioneer of New Wave Indie R&B and Female Rap. She started the label Bedroomtrap with Producer & fellow artist Sbvce in 2013 while trying to come up with a name for their unorthodox style of R&B and Melodic Rap over Trap style production. She released her 2014 ep This Is What The Moon Sounds Like under the name Maryann. The ep spawned songs like The Long Way, Landing & Slow Ridin'. In Late 2014, she released Fuccboi which was her version of Drake hit 6 God.
